What we need you to tackle
You have proven, hands-on experience coordinating renovation projects (not general construction) and a strong working knowledge of interior design, materials, and finishes. You’re able to coordinate contractors/teams and keep multiple trades aligned, with excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail. You care deeply about aesthetics—ensuring colors, textures, and workmanship match the agreed plan—and you can report progress clearly while proactively addressing deviations with practical solutions.

Your day-to-day
- Oversee contractor work to ensure deadlines, quality standards, and the agreed design are met.
- Coordinate and schedule multiple trades (e.g., electricians, plumbers, flooring) for efficient renovation execution.
- Conduct detailed quality checks and verify colors, textures, and materials against the design plan.
- Review project progress and deviations with the project lead, proposing practical solutions to keep work on track.
- Manage renovation schedules and day-to-day coordination tasks to support readiness for sale.
- Coordinate audiovisual documentation of the renovation process and ensure materials are delivered as requested.
Nice to haves
- Provide concise, accurate progress updates with risks, variances, and next steps so leadership can make timely decisions.
- Plan, collect, and organize photo/video assets of the renovation for internal tracking and potential marketing use, ensuring easy retrieval and consistency.
Compensation: Monthly $4,000 to 5,000 USD.
