What we need you to tackle

We’re looking for a hunter-minded Senior Account Executive

  • 7+ years of enterprise SaaS/fintech sales experience,
  • A proven track record closing large deals ($500K+) and exceeding quota.
  • You should be able to engage C-level executives, navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes in complex organizations, and conduct consultative selling that ties product value to client business outcomes.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal at an executive level)
  • Strong CRM usage, and a data-driven, highly organized approach are essential,
  • Strong domain understanding of credit, lending, or financial infrastructure.
  • Autonomous ownership, resilience in high-stakes environments, and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders are key to success.

Your day-to-day

  1. Own full-cycle enterprise sales for complex deals (including $500K+ opportunities).
  2. Build and manage C-level relationships with enterprise decision-makers across LatAm, especially within the financial ecosystem.
  3. Run consultative discovery to align client challenges with business objectives and product solutions.
  4. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of high-value opportunities across LatAm using a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  5. Coordinate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and a strong client experience.
  6. Track sales metrics, pipeline health, and deal forecasts, and report progress to leadership (COO).

Nice to haves

  • Design and refine scalable sales stages, exit criteria, and repeatable plays that improve cycle time, win rates, and onboarding effectiveness.
  • Craft segment/ICP prioritization, positioning, and packaging to align product capabilities with market needs and maximize deal selection and velocity.
  • Establish structured feedback loops and smooth handoffs that improve product-market fit, implementation success, and account expansion.
