By working together, we can better align AI models with human values and develop more helpful, honest, and harmless AI models.

We are currently seeking experienced Career Coaches to contribute to developing a high-quality dataset aimed at detecting harmful advice provided by language models in career contexts. Your role will involve crafting and evaluating prompts that reflect the nuances of professional coaching and career guidance.

Experience required:

• Experience as a Career Coach, Counselor, or similar role
• Strong background in career development strategies, professional guidance and workplace advice
• Excellent written communication skills

This fully remote project is open to participants based in the US and UK. Compensation ranges from $75 to $100 USD per approved hour. The work schedule is flexible, with an expected commitment of 10 hours per week over a duration of 3 weeks.
