Pareto.AI is a human data collection platform connecting leading AI researchers with trusted industry experts to collaborate on AI alignment, safety, and training projects. We are seeking PhD-level experts in Virology, Plant Genetics, or Bacteriology for an exciting AI model assessment project. Your role will involve designing detailed, step-by-step laboratory procedures to achieve specific research goals.

Key Experience:

• Completed PhD in Virology, Plant Genetics, Bacteriology or related subject
• Hands-on laboratory experience relevant to your field
• Strong ability to design and document laboratory procedures in a structured and detailed manner

This fully remote project is open to participants based in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and New Zealand. Compensation is $75 USD per approved hour of work. Work hours are flexible with an expected commitment of 10-15 hours per week for around 4 weeks.
