Pareto.AI is a human data collection platform connecting leading AI researchers with trusted industry experts to collaborate on AI alignment, safety, and training projects. By working together, we can better align AI models with human values and develop more helpful, honest, and harmless AI models.

We are seeking PhD-level experts in Virology, as well as those in Microbiology or Infectious Diseases with direct virology experience, for an exciting AI model assessment project. Your role will involve designing detailed, step-by-step laboratory procedures to achieve specific research goals.

Key Experience:

• Completed PhD in Virology, or in Microbiology or Infectious Diseases with significant virology experience
• Hands-on laboratory experience relevant to your field
• Strong ability to design and document laboratory procedures in a structured and detailed manner

This fully remote project is open to participants based in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and New Zealand. Compensation is $100 USD per approved hour of work. Work hours are flexible with an expected commitment of 10-15 hours per week for around 4 weeks.
