Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Community Apprentice to join our Community Operations team. As a trainee in this role, you will assist with key operations, focusing on internal expert sourcing and referrals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in community management, sourcing, and operations in a growing and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and executing internal expert sourcing and referral processes.

  • Maintain and update the expert database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

  • Assist in organizing and streamlining workflows to improve internal operations.

  • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions.

  • Provide administrative support for community engagement activities and projects.

  • Assist with other community operations tasks as needed, including maintaining database, organizing events, managing communications, and ensuring a positive experience for all experts.

Qualifications:

  • Experienced in using Google Suite (especially Google Sheets), knows basic GSheet formula

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proactive and eager to learn with a hands-on approach.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Basic understanding of community-building principles and best practices is a plus.

Additional Information:

  • This is a training role with an opportunity for growth within the company.

  • Flexibility to work remotely, with some coordination for time zones based on team needs.

  • The role will require availability for approximately 8 hours per day, 5 days a week.

Compensation:

  • $100 for the first month (allowance)

  • Potential for contract renewal at a higher rate based on performance and impact.
