About this Position

As a Full Stack developer, you’ll be an important contributor to Proscia’s platform, crafting a product that empowers scientists in Life Sciences and Biopharma companies. Our product, a platform for high-resolution virtual microscopy images, will challenge you and provide growth potential you won’t see anywhere else.

Responsibilities: What You’ll Do

Working at a startup like Proscia means wearing many hats, but when you come to work you can expect to focus on the following:

• Working with our existing Agile-scrum team on end-to-end operation of our product with a focus on the backend
• Working closely with product management to understand the requirements of our customers (e.g. pathologists, clinicians) and work with design mockups
• A good understanding of APIs: REST, event-driven/pub-sub integrations

What we’re seeking:

Proscia is a high-growth company, and we look for the entrepreneurial thinkers that thrive in a challenging environment, that are ready to build the plane while flying it. You will bring:

• At least 5+ years of professional full stack software development experience
• Expertise in Javascript, experience with Nodejs or equivalent stack
• Expertise with API development
• Experience with front end frameworks, preferably Vue 3
• A strong understanding of Architectural Principles and Software Development Best Practices
• A strong interest in DevOps practices – CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with Linux
