About This Position
Proscia is entering its next phase of growth in clinical digital pathology. With Best in KLAS recognition, a strong customer base across leading laboratories and health systems, and the rapid evolution of our AI-native platform, we have meaningful momentum in the market. Now we’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to help turn that momentum into even broader adoption and enduring market leadership.
You’ll lead how we position our pathology AI platform, communicate its value, and support its growth across diagnostic laboratories, hospitals, and health systems. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our global go-to-market strategy, working closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to turn technology into clear customer value and measurable business impact.
You’ll develop a deep understanding of clinical pathology customers, buyer motivations, workflows, and use cases, then translate those insights into differentiated positioning, messaging, and value narratives. You’ll lead product marketing across the GTM lifecycle—from shaping market strategy and leading launches to equipping Demand Generation and Sales to drive adoption and growth.
What You'll Do
- Become the market expert. Develop a deep understanding of pathology workflows, customer priorities, buying dynamics, regulatory considerations, technology ecosystems, competitors, and emerging market shifts.
- Own the product narrative. Continue to refine the ICP and buyer personas, and evolve the canonical positioning, messaging, claims, proof, and competitive story for this vertical. Translate technical complexity into a clear customer value proposition without flattening how the product works.
- Help Sales win. Build pitch narratives, sales plays, proof, and competitive guidance that help sellers lead with the customer's industry problem instead of a list of product features.
- Lead launches end to end. Bring Product, Sales, Demand Gen, Comms, and other teams around one launch strategy with clear readiness criteria and measurable outcomes.
- Get close to the product. Work deeply with Product and Engineering, use the technology, and understand how it works well enough to communicate credibly with pathologists, laboratory leaders, IT stakeholders, and executives alike.
- Partner with Demand Generation to create demand. Translate positioning and marketing insight into campaigns, programs, and content that build awareness, create engagement, and contribute to pipeline and growth.
- Build credibility in the market. Help Proscia lead industry conversations through webinars, customer programs, partner engagements, field events, and other market-facing opportunities.
- Use AI as an operating advantage. Apply AI to research, synthesis, analysis, content development, and repeatable workflows—and help the team raise its standard for speed and quality.
What We're Seeking
- 5+ years of experience in B2B software marketing in product marketing or another strategic GTM function.
- Experience in the healthcare or diagnostics market.
- Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Product-obsessed and technically engaged. You use the product and dig into the tech before crafting a single message. You can learn a complex product, work credibly with Product and Engineering, and distill it into clear, compelling messaging for different audiences.
- Fluency with AI tools as part of your everyday research, analysis, writing, and operating workflows. A drive to always find new ways to move faster and improve the quality of your work.
- Experience building content the field actually uses, with a clear point of view on what worked, what didn’t, and why.
- You work well across functions, build trust quickly, and make the people around you more effective.
- Proven ability to lead and influence senior partners across Product, Sales, and Marketing without relying on formal authority.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for both user and executive audiences.
- Self-starter comfortable operating in ambiguity and managing competing priorities.
- Owner mindset with accountability for business results, not just deliverables.
- Passion for Proscia’s mission and vision to rewire pathology for precision medicine.
