Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Director of Growth. The Director of Growth will be responsible for driving business development strategies, managing sales operations, coordinating and overseeing marketing initiatives, and analyzing market trends to identify new growth opportunities. The Director will lead cross-functional projects and work collaboratively with various teams to achieve company growth targets.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the growth funnel end-to-end: drive acquisition, activation, retention, and referral across all channels.
  • Design and run high-impact experiments across paid, organic, content, and product-led growth loops.
  • Build and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive traffic, signups, conversions, and revenue across tools (e.g., Google, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, SEO, email, API integrations).
  • Optimize user journeys using data, cohort analyses, LTV/CAC modeling, and behavioral insights.
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design to develop onboarding flows, user triggers, and growth loops.
  • Manage dashboards that track KPIs and tell the story behind what’s working and why.
  • Report growth strategy and performance to the CEO and board.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–10+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or product-led growth — ideally in fast-scaling SaaS or infrastructure startups.

• Proven track record driving business from 0 to 1 — and ideally from 1 to $50M+ in ARR.

• Strong command of data tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, Segment), analytics frameworks (A/B, multivariate testing), and attribution models.

• Deep understanding of technical buyer journeys, especially in B2B or developer-driven environments.

• Bias for action and experimentation. You test, learn, and iterate quickly.

• Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and moves fast without losing strategic focus.

• [Bonus] Background in AI infrastructure, dev tools, fintech, or previous founder experience.
