About you…
You have 5 -7 years of B2B closing experience selling into SMB or Mid-Market consumer product brands (ideally within the e-commerce tech stack)
You have spent time around or in consumer brands, and have an understanding of their key growth metrics and levers, including LTV, CAC, retention, and performance marketing
You’re a builder with 1 - 2 years’ experience at an early-stage startup who enjoys iterating on the sales process to determine what works and what doesn’t
You’re compassionate, with the curiosity to understand our ICP’s problems, and if and how our platform can solve them
You're extremely driven and are determined to go above and beyond to hit quota
You’re motivated by ambiguity and thrive in environments that require you to build new skill sets to solve problems
You care about community and believe in the power of community-integrated-commerce
Most importantly, you enjoy working collaboratively to meet your sales quota as we find product-market fit
About the role…
You will be an early member of our sales team, responsible for working collaboratively with the COO to establish the foundation of our sales organization
You will be responsible for hitting your brand acquisition targets and revenue goals
Work closely with our COO and sales team to build out and help refine our sales process
Manage full cycle sales from prospecting to close. Currently, we'd estimate this is about 40% prospecting/outbound and 40% end-to-end deal cycle
You will support your sales team by sharing best practices, what’s working well, and helping others grow alongside you
You will partner with the COO to co-create outbound tests to enable you to hit your goal
You will take an active role in identifying and creating sales collateral and scalable sales processes
You will work cross-functionally with the PDE and Customer Success teams to provide front-line customer feedback that will help shape our product roadmap
